Details for Collections Representative Position:
- $16 / Hour
- Monday-Thursday | 8:45am-5:30pm AND Friday | 8:45am-6:00pm
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Job Duties for Collections Representative Position:
- Manage collections to keep monthly delinquencies under 19% and 30+ under 0.5%
- Limit repo percentage below 1% through effective collections
- Log daily collection calls and customer contacts
- Assign delinquent accounts for repossession
- Process and advertise repossessions
- Handle bankruptcies and related collections
- Perform NSF verifications, collections, and notifications
- Conduct skip tracing for overdue accounts
- Secure insurance for repo vendors
- Accurately notate collection activities
- Execute general collections, branch admin, and office duties per NSA policies and regulations
- Follow all policies and procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and Desired Skills for Collections Representative Position:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year office experience or higher education degree
- Billingual communications is a plus!
- Proven customer service background
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for collections
- Excellent interpersonal skills for customer interactions
- Multitask effectively under competing collection priorities
- Knowledge of collections concepts, practices, and procedures
- Leadership and diplomacy in recovery efforts
- Team-oriented and adaptable in high-pressure collection scenarios
- Competent computer skills for account management
- Ability to sit for duration of shift
