Job Description
Do you have experience in construction and focus on high-quality outcomes? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Entry Level Construction Worker positions.
Details for Entry Level Construction Worker position:
· $20+ / Hour (Pay based on Skills)
· 7am-5pm
· Work Schedule: 10 days out and 4 days home - Leave for work on Monday; work until Thursday of the following week. Home on the second week Thursday through Sunday. Return to work on Monday.
· Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
· Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service
· Weekly Pay
· Insurance Options
· Frequent Travel - Company pays for hotel/free breakfast; Company gives $20 / diem for lunch and dinner
Job duties for Entry Level Construction Worker:
· Perform various tasks in construction, fabrication, and installation
· Assist with measurements, stake driving, and line stretching
· Support form setup, concrete work, and pipe installation
· Signal and guide equipment operators
· Erect scaffolding and apply protective coatings
· Perform finishing work on various surfaces
· Assist in demolition and insulation tasks
· Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
· Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and desired skills for Entry Level Construction Worker:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Must have valid driver's license
· Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
· Capable of working in a team environment
· Ability to stand for duration of shift
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
· Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist, climb, and reach
