Key duties and details for Automotive Contract Clerk:
- Responsible for Monday-Friday deposit which consists of collecting the money taken in the day before in service, parts and sales
- Log daily sales on deal log and funding log
- Report new sold units to factory
- Manage Inventory of all products
- File Receipts/Deals
- Payoff Trade-In Units as deals get funded
- Process, verify, and apply customer deposits/reimbursement to ban
- Perform accounting functions to process retail contracts, wholesale documents, dealer trades, and customer trades
- Input invoices to accounts payable/ receivable system
- Process and track all manufacturer warranty registrations
- Process and remit vehicle extended warranties
- Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm
- Pay rate: $27-$30/hr
Qualifications for Automotive Contract Clerk:
- Automotive Contract Clerk Experience required
- AP and AR Experience a Plus
- Excellent Organizational Skills
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication
- General clerical skills
- Computer skills
