Essential Function & Responsibilities for Credit Analyst:
$16 / Hour
- Solicit payments from customers with past due balances
- Develop business relationships with assigned customers
- Conduct account research and analysis
- Manage customer deduction activities to ensure prompt resolution
- Interdepartmental communication
- All other duties as assigned
Essential Skills for Credit Analyst:
- Previous credit and collection experience
- Must be proficient in MS Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with web based activities
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to change
- Must be able to meet deadlines
- Must be detail oriented and well organized
- Must be a team player and be able to work alone at times
- Regular and on-time attendance, as scheduled.
