Details for Customer Service | Account Manager position:
•    $38-42k / Year
•    Monday–Friday, between 7:30 a.m.–8:30 a.m. start and 4:30 p.m.–5:30 p.m. end
•    Resume and interview required
•    Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Job Duties for Customer Service | Account Manager:
•    Serve as main contact for customer service and project coordination
•    Respond promptly to client inquiries and manage project setup, reporting, timelines, and troubleshooting
•    Use software systems to set up projects, manage data, and enter orders with accuracy and attention to detail
•    Provide phone coverage and resolve customer inquiries
•    Communicate key account updates to internal teams including Finance, IT, Procurement, and Inventory Control
•    Manage project workflow to balance client needs with internal resources
•    Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly client reports
•    Create and maintain spreadsheets, interpreting data and analytics for internal and client use
•    Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
•    Completes any other related tasks as needed

Qualifications for Customer Service | Account Manager:
•    Degree in business or related field preferred
•    Minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills including filtering, pivot tables, and vlookups
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills
•    Confident and professional when working with clients and customers
•    Able to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
•    Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable with change
•    Strong problem-solving and resolution abilities
•    Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills
•    Able to stand for the duration of shift and lift up to 50 lbs
•    Able to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist, and reach
