Customer Service Representative
Job Description

- Answering customer questions promptly, resolving any concerns or complaints that customers bring to your attention, and processing customer orders/cancellations that they want to place
- Responding to missed customer calls, voicemails, and text messages promptly
- Sending responses to customer emails
- Taking customers orders over the phone or via email
- Resolving problems with orders that customers bring to your attention
- Modifying or canceling orders as per the customer’s request
- Quoting products to customers as requested
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet browsers, as well as Windows operating systems and mobile devices, coupled with strong math, reading and writing abilities
- These skills are a plus to have, but are not required: eCommerce experience, assembly experience, automotive repair or assembly, photography experience, picking/packing experience, shipping experience
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
