Duties and details for Customer Service Representative:

• Answer phones, greet and assist customers
• Post loan payments in computer system
• Open and close savings accounts
• Quote loan payoffs
• Maintain teller cash drawer
• Process real estate and consumer loan applications
• Daytime schedule: 8:30am-5:30pm
• Pay rate $18.00/hour
• Temp-to-Hire position
• Paid weekly, direct deposit available

Qualifications for Customer Service Representative:

• 2 years' customer service experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to multi-task
• Previous office or banking experience preferred
