Job Description
Luttrell Staffing Group is screening for a Data Manager position. In West Knoxville
Monday-Friday-7:30a-4:30a or 8a-5p$38,000 to $40,000 yearly based on experience
Job Duties:· Manage all incoming order data files· Process order data files through the system 2-3 times daily· Monitor and evaluate information and data systems that could affect analytical results· Generate and distribute daily sales report· Generate monthly spend reports for clients· Assistant with custom reporting for account managers and clients
Job Requirements:· Previous related work experience· Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP functions and Pivot tables· Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics System (ERP), Magento, Shopify or E-Commerce Platforms· Microsoft Access and Microsoft Report Builder or Simple SQL Queries· Ability to translate complex problems clearly and in non-technical terms· Excellent communication and problem solving skills· Highly organized and detail oriented to manage critical data
