Job Description
Do you have manufacturing experience? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Manufacturing Die Cut Operator positions in Johnson City, TN.

Duties for Manufacturing Die Cut Operator positions:
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and standard operating procedures
- Operate die-cutting machinery according to manufacturer specifications
- Set up dies, tape sheets, blanker tooling, skids, and materials for each job
- Review packaging specifications with the finishing crew before production
- Monitor pressure, registration, and cut quality; adjust equipment as needed
- Troubleshoot poor cuts and make corrections to meet quality standards
- Track production details using a computer system
- Perform preventive maintenance and keep the work area clean and organized
- Other duties as needed

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to follow safety procedures, company policies, and standard operating procedures
- Experience operating die-cutting or sheet-fed machinery preferred
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to set up tooling, adjust machine pressure, and troubleshoot quality issues
- Ability to monitor cut quality, registration, and packaging specifications accurately
- Basic computer skills for entering and tracking production information
- Ability to perform routine machine maintenance and keep work areas clean and organized
- Strong attention to detail, quality standards, and production requirements
- Ability to work effectively with the finishing crew and communicate job specifications clearly
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, twist and reach
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
