Job Description
Luttrell Staffing Group is hiring Digital Production Technician positions in Maryville, TN.

 Duties for Digital Production Technician Position
- Operate specified equipment independently according to schedules
- Report production status and issues to VP, General Manager, and Screen Room
- Collaborate with Screen Room and finishing teams on production tasks
- Follow safety protocols, PPE usage, and quality assurance procedures
- Coordinate with Purchasing to maintain consumable inventory
- Maintain clean, organized production areas and assist with minor equipment maintenance
- Uphold quality standards and contribute to a positive, professional team environment
- Proactively solve production problems and support all production aspects
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Requirements and Desired Skills this Digital Production Technician position? 
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite software (Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Experienced in creating print graphics and operating digital printing equipment in production
- Minimum 3 years manufacturing experience preferred with strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Proficient in multitasking, effective communication, problem solving, and issue resolution
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and manage multiple priorities meeting deadlines
- Adaptive, flexible, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining quality standards
- Promotes safe work practices, forklift certified, comfortable around powered equipment and varied environments
- Physically able to perform standing, walking, reaching, bending, lifting (up to 40 lbs), and assisting with heavier loads
