Details for Document Control Specialist | Data Entry Position: 
- $18-22 / Hour 
- Full-Time | Long-Term Temporary

- Office environment including travel between the Manufacturing and Corporate sites
Job Duties for  Document Control Specialist | Data Entry Position: 
- Scan, file, and enter documentation from the manufacturing site
- Verify scanned records match original paper documents
- Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems using Excel tracking
- Manage document retrieval, check-in/check-out, and record retention schedules
- Ensure proper storage utilization and timely disposal of expired records
- Follow all policies and procedures in place 
- Completes any other related tasks as needed 
 
Qualifications and Desired Skills for  Document Control Specialist | Data Entry Position: 
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s preferred
- Knowledge of GMP records management and documentation practices
- Experience with databases, spreadsheets, and MS Office
- Strong organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Handles confidential and controlled documents properly
- Efficient in high-volume scanning and electronic filing
- Skilled in office equipment and quality management systems
- Works well across teams with strong communication skills
- Meets record retrieval and retention timelines
- Improves storage capacity and maintains reliable attendance
- Ability to lift and move up to 40lbs
- Ability to sit for duration of shift 
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
