Job Description
Do you have electrical assembly experience? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Electrical Assembler | Manufacturing positions in Clinton, TN.
  
  
Details Electrical Assembler | Manufacturing position:
- $18-22 / Hour
- 10 Hour Shifts (4 Days/Week)
- Occasional Overtime
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
- Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service
- Weekly Pay
Job Duties for Electrical Assembler | Manufacturing:
- Assemble electrical components, ensuring correct wiring, connections, sub-assemblies, and functionality
- Route and strip wires and cables for assembly preparation
- Crimp and solder terminals to wires and connectors
- Assemble connectors to meet specifications
- Test electrical circuits for continuity using a meter
- Bench test sub-assemblies for functionality
- Follow assembly procedures and diagrams for accuracy
- Troubleshoot and resolve assembly process issues
- Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications for Electrical Assembler | Manufacturing:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in electrical assembly or a related field required
- Strong attention to detail with knowledge of electrical components, tools, and testing equipment, enabling effective interpretation of technical diagrams and instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to lift up to 30-50 lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
