Details for Electrical Assembly | Manufacturing positions:
- Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
- $16-$16.80/hr
- 2nd and 3rd Shifts Available
- 40 hours per week
Duties for Electrical Assembly | Manufacturing positions:
- Scan manufacturing order operations
- Follow oral and written work instructions and read and interpret CAD drawings to determine materials needed
- Install components such as PC boards, wire harnesses, rubber isolation grommets, c-clips distance washers and ball bearings
- Use variety of small hand tools and use color vision to select wires of specified color, marking or length
- Incur minor potential exposure to electrical shock while electrically testing each unit according to assembly instructions
- Perform basic math skills to complete stock transit ticket to transfer material
- Look for ways to improve and promote quality, apply feedback to improve performance
- Quality assurance
- Other duties as needed
Can you see yourself in this position?
- Minimum 1 year related work experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to use basic hand tools
- Basic math and reading skills
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints
- Hand dexterity
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, twist and reach
- Ability to lift 25 lbs
