Job Description
Do you have experience with electrical wiring? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring for Skilled Electrical Assembly.
Key Details for Skilled Electrical Assembly:
- $18.54/hr
- 2nd Shift
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Key Duties for Skilled Electrical Assembly:
- Follow shop procedures, prints, diagrams, and verbal/written instructions
- Move materials and components to workstations and equipment as needed
- Use hand and air tools safely and effectively
- Set up and assemble Padmount Switchgear per drawings and standards
- Support special assignments as directed by management with proper guidance
- Adhere to safety and quality standards and participate in Kaizen and team initiatives
- Collaborate with engineering to resolve issues and improve documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized work area using tools and cleaning supplies
- Maintain reliable attendance, work efficiently, and support overtime needs
- Work effectively with team members and maintain positive working relationships
- Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and Desired Skills for Skilled Electrical Assembly:
- Tech school or appropriate combination of education, training, skills and experience preferred
- Diploma/GED
- Ability to lift up to 30-50 lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
