Job Description
Do you have prior experience as an electrician? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Electrician positions in Duffield, VA.
Details for Electrician Position:
- $20 / Hour
- Monday - Thursday| 6am – 4:30pm
- Full-Time | Temporary position with potential to transition to permanent
- Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service
- Fast Start Date
- Weekly Pay
- Once hired by client, permanent position benefits include 401(k) with 3% company match, flexible schedule, health insurance, life insurance, and paid time off
Job Duties for Electrician Position:
- Conduct electrical safety inspections to comply with regulations and standards
- Ensure all work adheres to local building codes and industry requirements
- Perform PAT Testing to verify equipment safety compliance
- Interpret blueprints and technical diagrams for project execution
- Plan and coordinate electrical installations and maintenance
- Lead electrician teams on commercial projects
- Train apprentices on-site
- Document repairs and modifications
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients for timely, budget-friendly project completion
- Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications for Electrician Position:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Prefer Journeyman/Electrical Certification, CPR, and OSHA, but not required
- Must have experience in EMT conduit and commercial electric
- Must provide own hand and power tools; client will supply additional tools as needed
- Dress code: work pants and shirt sleeve must be at least 6” or longer
- Wear PPE as required (steel-toe shoes and safety glasses)
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs+
