The Electronics Technician Level 1 is responsible for performing most of the necessary operations required for the assembly and wiring of electrical components and systems that are installed on our trucks. Their primary responsibilities will be: utilization of work orders, gathering of required parts, construction of subassemblies, and installation of components along the entire truck’s body. They must understand assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, electrical schematics, ladder diagrams, and engineering drawings. This position requires experience with 12/24 DC control circuitry.

**Perks & Benefits:
- $20-25 / Hour (Based on Experience)
- Full-Time
- Fast start-date
- Construct and maintain low voltage electrical control systems
- Assemble components in shop and then install on class 8 commercial trucks
- Rework, repair, and replace damaged parts or assemblies
- Use a variety of common hand tools, power tools, and electrical equipment
- Operate a CNC laser engraver
- Follow methods and sequence of operations in performing troubleshooting and repair activities
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics to put together electronic devices
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, written assembly instructions, and measuring devices such as tape measurers, digital calipers, and multi-meters
- Maintain a clean and safe work area; proactively identify safety concerns and take necessary steps to avoid and eliminate hazards
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relative experience in a manufacturing environment Automotive experience is a plus
- Familiarity with INFOR Visual ERP PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to perform tasks in a confined space
- Must be able to work at heights
- PPE REQUIREMENTS: Safety Glasses, Steel Toe boots, Hearing protection, Gloves, Fall protection, Grinding shield
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to lift up/push/pull to 50 lbs
- Ability to stoop, squat, bend, kneel, twist, climb and reach
