Job Description
Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Project Estimator positions.
Details for Project Estimator position:
- $45,000-90,000 / Year
- Full-Time | Direct-Hire
- Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service
- Weekly Pay
Job Duties for Project Estimator:
- Assists in the bids and proposals process by estimating costs, preparing detailed proposals, and compliance matrices
- Determines material and labor quantities using departmental data, supplier quotations, and subcontractor inputs
- Collaborates with Purchasing to update material costs on bid forms and with Human Resources to update labor costs on bid summary sheets
- Supports Business Development Managers in follow-up calls on previous quotations
- Verifies customer specifications and purchase orders align with written proposals
- Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and Desired Skills for Project Estimator:
- One year certificate or associate degree
- 1-5 years of estimating experience
- Must have excellent written and organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and a high degree of professionalism with confidentiality
- Knowledge of construction and/or electrical experience
