Details for Executive Assistant | Clerical position:
- $23-26 / Hour
- Schedule:
- During Tax Season: M-F 8am-4pm
- After Tax Season: M-TH 8am-4pm Friday 9am-12pm
- Temp-to-Hire
- Insurance Options
- Weekly Pay
- Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service
- Gather material and office supplies
- Provide administrative support such as filing, copying, scanning, and data entry
- Answer and return high volume of phone calls
- Manage and maintain schedules of 3 CPA’s
- Maintain filing system, both electronic and physicals
- Receive mail
- Previous related experience
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs
