Job Description

Are you looking for a 1st shift opportunity in Santa Maria? Luttrell Staffing Group is now hiring for Experienced Construction Worker.

Key duties and details for Experienced Construction Worker:

Use tools and equipment for construction
Schedule: 7am-4pm
Pay rate: $20-$28/hr
Overtime and weekends when needed
Temp-to-Hire
Paid weekly

Qualifications for Experienced Construction Worker:

Experience with framing, siding, ceilings, paneling, painting or other construction
Ability to safely use various electric, gas powered, and battery-operated power tools
Must have extensive construction knowledge
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Problem solving skills
Ability to adapt to change
Ability to lift 50-80 lbs
Travel and overnight stays may be required
