Job Description
Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Machine Operator positions in Surgoinsville, TN.
Extrusion Operators/Molding operators
The Machine Operator’s daily responsibilities will be setting up, operating and tending to the production equipment required to produce various types of plastic extrusions that are intended for Fence, Deck and Railing products. On these lines, candidates will be monitoring machines, quality checking finished product, loading raw materials, and working with other production team members.
This is a GREAT opportunity for experienced Machine Operators to learn new skills!
Requirements for the position:
– Must be able to stand 100% of a work shift and lift up 50lbs.
- Must understand the importance of minimizing missed days of work
Physical Abilities: Up to 50lbs, Physical Abilities: Stand for 100% of a work shift.
· $14-16 / Hour
· 2-2-3 Schedule
3rd Shift - 7pm-7am
· Full Time | Temp-to-Hire

Details for Machine Operator:
· Set up, clean, and calibrate machines for production cycles
· Adjust machine settings and monitor operation
· Conduct precision inspections using measuring tools
· Perform periodic machine tests and troubleshoot issues
· Verify output quality and document approved products
· Maintain and report activity logs and operational records
· Operate forklift as trained
· Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications for Machine Operator:
· Wear PPE as required (such as safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel toe shoes)
· Ability to stand or sit for duration of shift
· Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, squat, twist and reach
· Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, bend, walking, etc.
· Diploma/GED
