Details for Inspector / Packer / Grinder Position: 
- $14-15 / Hour 
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire 
- Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service 
- Weekly Pay

Job Duties for Inspector / Packer / Grinder Position: 
- Read, understand, and follow all Work Instructions (WI) and on-the-job training
- Operate and inspect parts per WI to maintain quality and customer satisfaction
- Complete all required production documentation accurately
- Follow all company procedures, policies, and safety guidelines
- Arrive on time and remain at workstation as scheduled
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with general facility upkeep
- Rework or repack parts as instructed by supervisor
- Assist with break coverage and support other team members as needed
- Maintain a professional and cooperative attitude with coworkers and supervisors
- Perform other related duties as assigned
 
Qualifications for Inspector / Packer / Grinder Position: 
- High school diploma or equivalent 
- Be able to repetitively clip, trim and drill plastic parts for duration of shift
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs 
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
