Details for Extrusion Position:
- $15-16/ Hour
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Job Duties for Extrusion Position:
- Good communication interaction with other shifts and team members.
- Attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision using leadership skills.
- Maintain a safe clean working environment.
- Ability to read/use measuring devices such as tape measures and dial calipers, as well as perform math calculations.
- Maintain required written production reports.
- Ability to identify all common defects associated with product productions. (burn, color, bow, wave, vacuum, impact, contamination, scratch lines, streaks, sink and gloss).
- Perform required machine maintenance and product inspections.
- Ability to operate various equipment such as sawzall, chop saw, pressurized air tools, hand strappers, wood saw, razor, knife etc.
Qualifications for Extrusion Position:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Be able to repetitively clip, trim and drill plastic parts for duration of shift
- Ability to stand for duration of shift (at least 12 hours)
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
