Details for Fabrication Associate / Manufacturing position:
- $17-19 / Hour

Job Duties for Fabrication Associate / Manufacturing:
- Follow shop procedures, work instructions, prints, diagrams, and verbal directions
- Move and position materials and components at workstations and equipment
- Use hand and manual tools to perform bench work such as deburring, sanding, and tapping
- Select, measure, cut, notch, and miter materials per specifications
- Punch, drill, or burn holes using machinery, tools, and programs
- Perform bending operations to required specifications using appropriate equipment
- Measure and count accurately to meet quality standards and production requirements
- Maintain productivity to meet customer demand and deadlines
- Follow all safety and quality standards and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Keep work area clean and organized using tools, solvents, and cleaning supplies
- Maintain reliable attendance, work efficiently, and complete overtime as needed
- Collaborate effectively with team members
- Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and Desired Skills for Fabrication Associate / Manufacturing:
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Technical school training preferred
- Experience using powered hand tools required
- Prior experience in a related position preferred
- Equivalent qualifications may be considered based on experience as determined by HR
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
