Job Description
Do you have experience in facility maintenance or an industrial setting? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Facilities Maintenance Electrician positions at FPI in Franklin, KY.

Job Duties for Facilities Maintenance Electrician:
- Manage building electrical systems, including ordering and installing materials for equipment power
- Install and maintain electrical feeds for 120V, 240V, 208V, and 480V equipment; repair lighting, outlets, panels, machines, and motors
- Diagnose electrical issues like power failures and faulty wiring; perform preventive maintenance to enhance reliability during downtime
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes; collaborate with maintenance team for facility support
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and installations; follow safety guidelines and use appropriate PPE
- Complete tasks efficiently with minimal supervision; handle special projects as needed
- Model company environmental, health, and safety standards; build effective relationships with Operations and team members
- Operate hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and man lifts; utilize general office equipment like phones and computers
- Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and Desired Skills for Facilities Maintenance Electrician:
- Journeyman Electrician License (preferred, not required based on experience and location)
- 3-5 years of electrical experience, ideally in facility maintenance or industrial settings
- Wear PPE as Required
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting
- Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
- Experience in conduit bending, wiring, and control circuits
- Familiar with NFPA 70E and OSHA safety standards
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to stand for entire shift
- Good close, distance, peripheral, and depth vision
- Capable of lifting up to 100 lbs and pushing over 100 lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
