Job Description

Luttrell Staffing Group is hiring Maintenance | Facilities Upkeep positions in Johnson City, TN.

Perks & Benefits: 

  • $15 / Hour 

  • Monday-Friday | 8am-5pm

Job Duties: 

  • Perform routine duties including carpentry, dry-wall, elementary electrical, plumbing, painting, ground work, emergency janitorial clean up, HVAC filter change, floor repairs and moving of equipment and furniture 

  • Promptly report problems and difficulties to the maintenance supervisor 

  • Take initiative to make routine repairs as needed  

  • Use of measuring tools and hand tools


Job Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 1 year of related work experience  

  • Ability to stand for duration of shift 

  • Ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, twist and reach  

  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs 

  • Good hand dexterity
