Job Description
Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Fiberglass Coating | Production positions in Lebanon, TN.
Details for Fiberglass Coating | Production position:
· $23 / Hour
· 7am-3:30pm
· Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
· Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service
· Weekly Pay
Job duties for Fiberglass Coating | Production:
· Prepare surfaces (clean and sand) for fiberglass application to ensure proper adhesive and smooth finish
· Accurately mix resins, catalysts, and other solutions according to specified rations and guidelines
· Operate and maintain spray equipment (spray guns, hoses, compressors, etc) and clean regularly
· Perform quality checks on finished surfaces for defects and touchups
· Document and report production logs, quality checks, equipment maintenance, and stock
· Troubleshoot unresolved issues, ineffective materials or equipment, and application process
· Work with production team to ensure timely completion of projects and deadlines
· Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
· Wear PPE (such as respirators, gloves, and protective clothing)
· Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications for Fiberglass Coating | Production:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· 2+ years of prior fiberglass/coating experience
· Ability to stand for duration of shift
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
· Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
