Job Description
Do you have fabrication experience? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Fiberglass Technician | Fabrication positions in Sevierville, TN.
Details for Fiberglass Technician position:
· $16-19 / Hour
· Monday-Friday | 6am-2:30pm
· Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
· Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service
· Weekly Pay
Job Duties for Fiberglass Technician | Fabrication:
· Fabricate fiberglass components following specifications and plans
· Create molds using various materials and techniques
· Identify and repair damaged fiberglass to ensure longevity
· Conduct quality inspections
· Work closely with design and engineering teams
· Document and report production logs, inventory used, and time
· Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
· Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and Desired Skills for Fiberglass Technician | Fabrication:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· 1 year of prior experience in fiberglass fabrication and repair or related field
· Gun operation experience is a plus
· Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn in a team environment
· Proficient in mold making, fiberglass layup, and finishing techniques
· Ability to stand for duration of shift
· Ability to perform heavy lifting
· Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
