Job Duties for Field Operations - Wastewater Treatment Position:
- Work toward obtaining a Kentucky Wastewater Operations License (Class I–III)
- Learn and apply principles of water system operation, maintenance, and safety
- Inspect and maintain utility lines, identifying defects and recording data accurately
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Support preventative maintenance on pumps, motors, and related systems
- Perform line locates per dig requests
- Assist with loading, unloading, and handling of chemicals and materials
- Conduct general facility and grounds upkeep, including mowing and cleaning
- Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications for Field Operations - Wastewater Treatment Position:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Kentucky Wastewater Operations License (Class I–III) preferred
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
- Ability to work in inclement weather for extended periods of time
