Job Description
Luttrell Staffing Group is currently seeking experienced Field Service Technicians. If you have a background in providing exceptional service and technical support, we want to hear from you!
Details for Field Service Technician position:
- $20-38 / Hour (Based on Experience)
- Full-Time | Direct-Hire
- Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service

Job Duties for Field Service Technician:
- Travel weekly for up to 2-3 weeks at a time
- Interpret engineering drawings, control prints, and electrical schematics
- Apply electrical and carpentry skills
- Connect power and controls per specifications
- Understand framing construction standards
- Operate various power tools and equipment
- Install AC, cable systems, grounding, and other equipment
- Perform door installation, repair, and finishing
- Execute framing, trim work, and tile installation
- Conduct minor concrete repairs and apply coatings
- Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications for Field Service Technician:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have clean driving record w/ valid driver's license
- Must be willing to travel weekly and be gone up to 3 weeks at a time
- Knowledge of electrical work, National Electric Codes, framing and finishing
- Wear PPE as required (safety glasses, steel toe shoes, gloves, hearing protection, dusk mask, etc.)
- Demonstrates exceptional adaptability by solving complex problems across diverse scenarios, communicating effectively through multiple channels, and comprehending instructions from varied presentation formats
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
