Job duties and skills for Food Service | Hospitality positions:

• Stock hot line for cafeteria service
• Complete daily production reports
• After service responsible for area clean up
• Make sure proper labeling is completed
• Food prep anything requested by cook 
• Fryer and grill cleaning
• Additional duties may be requested as needed

• Ability to work under stress
• General understanding of food preparation
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
