Details for Part-time Facilities & Janitorial Coordinator position:

· $14 / Hour
· Monday–Friday
· Part-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Job duties for Part-time Facilities & Janitorial Coordinator:

· Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of offices, restrooms, breakrooms, conference rooms, and common areas, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, and trash removal
· Restock and organize supplies, equipment, and storage areas while maintaining adequate inventory and placing orders as needed
· Conduct light repairs and upkeep such as replacing bulbs, changing filters, clearing walkways, and monitoring for facility issues
· Coordinate with and oversee vendors for repairs, maintenance, and specialized services, ensuring timely completion and communication with supervisor
· Assist with room setups, internal moves, events, and general upkeep to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment
· Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
· Completes any other related tasks as needed

Qualifications and desired skills for Part-time Facilities & Janitorial Coordinator:

· High school diploma or equivalent
· Previous housekeeping and light maintenance experience
· Basic knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical (preferred)
· Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and safety
· Reliable and punctual with consistent early-morning availability
· Ability to stand for duration of shift
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (up to 90lbs with assistance)
· Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
