Job Description
Luttrell Staffing Group is hiring Kitchen Services | Cashier position in Athens, TN
Job Duties:
- Prepare and serve meals according to federal, state and local standards
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are practiced
- Documentation of required food temperatures
- Safe handling of kitchen equipment
- Oversee meal service
- Ensure food quality
- Provide assistance in all functions of food service as directed
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment
- Knowledge of large quantity and batch cooking
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work under stress
- General understanding of food preparation
- Ability to interpret recipes
- Understanding of kitchen tools and equipment
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Must be able to be on feet for an extended period
