Job Description
Do you have HACCP experience? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Pre-Operational Tech III positions in a food manufacturing facility.
Details for Pre-Operational Tech III Position:
· Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire position
· Zero Fees – you’ll never be charged for any screening service
· Fast Start Date
· Weekly Pay
· Shift begins at 3am
Job Duties of a Pre-Operational Tech III
· Inspect production equipment for cleanliness and check environmental conditions like temperature, lighting, and structure to release for production
· Measure, mix, titrate, document, and dispense sanitizing compounds to reduce microbial loads
· Monitor production for GMP and SSOP compliance, report issues and follow up on corrective actions
· Calibrate equipment, perform product analysis, and support QA Techs and laborers as needed
· Collect recipes, fill out and review HACCP documents, prepare cover sheets, and track Pre-Shipment Review info
· Monitor rodent bait stations and Tin Cats on schedule and conduct operational inspections
· Perform other duties as assigned
Skills and Requirements
· HACCP experience required with strong math skills (whole numbers, fractions, decimals)
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and calculator use, able to read industrial thermometers
· Able to work flexible hours, lift up to 70 lbs, and stand or sit for entire shifts
· Physically capable of stooping, squatting, bending, kneeling, twisting, reaching overhead, and working in temperatures ranging from subzero to 100 degrees
· Punctual, good interpersonal skills, and follows management instructions
· Previous manufacturing experience and high school diploma or GED preferred
