We are seeking skilled Maintenance Associates to join our team. The Maintenance Associate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, addressing repair needs, and ensuring the overall upkeep of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
• Assist with the upkeep of grounds, including landscaping, snow removal, and general cleaning.
• Maintain and repair equipment and tools, ensuring they are in safe working condition.
• Assist with renovation and remodeling projects as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and services.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of maintenance supplies.

• Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training is a plus.

Hourly wage: $21/hr-$22/hr
