Job Duties for Maintenance Technician Supervisor:
· Support leadership with daily property maintenance operations
· Coordinate staff schedules and assign work orders, projects, and preventive tasks
· Manage and replenish maintenance inventory, parts, and supplies
· Review daily logs, follow up on assigned work, and assist the crew as needed
· Gather and prioritize repair items and work orders; requisition materials when required
· Perform general maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance across all property areas
· Conduct walk-throughs to inspect safety, efficiency, and building systems
· Maintain knowledge of safety procedures, codes, and regulations
· Respond promptly to emergencies and life-safety situations
· Perform electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and painting work as needed
· Assist the engineering team with routine and preventive maintenance
· Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
· Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and Desired Skills for Maintenance Technician Supervisor:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Must have valid Drivers License
· Minimum of 3 years or prior experience in building or facility maintenance
· Skilled in using hand and power tools for repairs and upkeep of equipment
· Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen, and carpentry systems
· Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic maintenance issues
· Familiar with safety standards and proper maintenance practices
· Team-oriented and personable with strong guest service focus
· Flexible schedule and dependable work ethic
· Ability to stand for duration of shift
· Ability to lift up to 30-50 lbs
· Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
