Details for Line Cook position: 

• $22-23 / Hour  

• Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Job Duties for Line Cook:  

• Prepare and cook food for restaurant, banquet, and dining operations 

• Execute recipes consistently while developing skills in grill, sauté, and fry techniques 

• Assist with food production, prep, and fabrication alongside culinary leadership 

• Set up and stock workstations with ingredients and equipment 

• Prep ingredients including chopping, peeling, and cutting meats 

• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized kitchen environment 

• Ensure proper food storage and ingredient quality 

• Minimize food waste through efficient use and cross-utilization 

• Collaborate with kitchen team to maintain production levels and support operations 

• Follow all policies and safety procedures in place 

• Completes any other related tasks as needed 

Qualifications and Desired Skills for Line Cook: 

• High school diploma or equivalent  

• Food handler’s certification or ability to obtain 

• Flexible availability for days, nights, and weekends 

• Strong organizational skills with ability to work independently 

• Energetic, motivated, and driven to exceed expectations 

• Able to stand for extended periods 

• Able to stand and sit for the duration of the shift 

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
