Details for Furnace Operator position:

Full-Time
Temp-to-Hire
$19/hour
3pm-11:15pm

Job Duties:

Operate continuous Heat Treat furnaces
Start up and shut down machines
Operate, monitor and adjust machines
Supply components to hoppers
Inspect components and part for defects
Measure components and parts with precision dial indicators or other instruments
Troubleshoot machines
Record data
Perform preventative maintenance on machines
Other duties as assigned

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 1 year previous related work experience
Competent in reading and writing English
Proficient in basic arithmetic
Excellent problem solving skills
Good communication skills
Good attention to detail
Hand dexterity
Ability to stand for duration of shift
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to squat, stoop, bend, kneel, twist and reach
