Job Description

Key duties and details for General Assembly:
- Build and assemble cooler panel systems
- 1st and 2nd shift
- Pay Rate: $15+/hour
- $1000 Retention Bonus ($250 at 30 days, $750 at 90 days)
- Attendance Bonus
- Climate controlled facility
- Temp-to-Hire
- Paid weekly
- Excellent benefits package upon being hired full-time (Medical, Dental, Vision, Vacation Pay and 401k)
Job requirements for General Assembly:
- Construction and/or manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required
- Qualified candidates must be able to read a tape measure and lift 50 lbs frequently
- Assembly positions will require the use of hand tools
- Steel toes are required for all positions
