Job Description
Do you enjoy warehouse work? Luttrell Staffing Group in Knoxville is currently recruiting for General Labor | Food Production positions. Don't miss out on this fantastic warehouse opportunity, apply below!
**Perks & Benefits:
- $14.50/Hour
- Pay will go to $16 if hired on full time
- 1st Shift: 6am-3:30pm (Potential Overtime)
- Currently 1st shift, but may have a 330p-midnight shift (will pay $1 more)
- Clients offers benefits once hired
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Duties for General Labor | Food Production positions:
- Adhere to good manufacturing practices
- Follow all necessary safety protocols, such as wearing appropriate protective gear in designated areas and handling chemicals safely
- Follow recipes accurately, measuring ingredients with scales and performing basic math calculations
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe, including maintaining utensils and equipment
- Immediately report any safety, health, or environmental concerns to management
- Report any issues related to food safety or quality to management right away
- Assist in changing production lines efficiently and with attention to quality and safety
- Maintain open communication with coworkers and notify them of any problems or concerns that may affect production efficiency
- Complete any additional assigned duties as required
These skills and abilities make you a great candidate for these positions:
- No jewelry or piercings
- Minimum of 1 year related work experience
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
