Job Description
Are you ready to take a new career path? Luttrell Staffing Group, in partnership with JemD, is currently hiring Grader | General Labor.
Key duties and details for Grader:
- Understand produce grade standards and maturity characteristics
- Handle produce carefully to prevent bruising or damage to the product
- Cleaning and sanitization of the pack room
- Meet packing standards set out by the packing supervisor, line leads or quality control supervisor
- Understand and follow company Food Safety, Occupational Health & Safety and Operations policy and procedures
- Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 7am-3pm
- Pay rate: $14.50/hr
- Temp-to-Hire
- Paid Weekly
Qualifications for Grader:
- Ability to work independently
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to work in a cold environment
- Heavy lifting required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be on-call for weekend, holiday and overtime hours
- Diploma/GED
