Do you have warehouse experience? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Warehouse Associate | General Labor positions in Alcoa, TN.
  
Details for Warehouse Associate | General Laborer Position:
  • $16.50 / Hour
  • Occasional Overtime

Job Duties for Warehouse Associate | General Laborer Position:
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments (small packages, LTL, furniture, and industrial goods), noting and documenting any damage
  • Accurately inventory and process products using software and spreadsheets, including barcode scanning
  • Verify shipment contents against paperwork and packing lists
  • Carefully unpack, repack, and prepare items - especially furniture - for safe transport, paying close attention to detail and imperfections
  • Safely load, secure, and deliver items to residential or commercial locations, ensuring no damage and documenting deliveries with photos
  • Maintain clean and organized dock areas, aisles, and workspaces; empty trash as needed
  • Track and record time spent on various projects
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures; complete tasks independently while seeking clarification as needed
  • Completes any other related tasks as needed
 
Qualifications and Desired Skills for Warehouse Associate | General Laborer Position:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Motivated, reliable, and punctual professional with a strong work ethic and career focus
  • Able to work effectively in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision
  • Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to stand for duration of shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 +lbs
  • Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
