$16-16.50 / Hour
1st & 2nd Shift Available
Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Job Duties for Inventory Specialist | General Laborer Position:
Maintain accurate inventory data in PRMS
Perform daily cycle counts of raw materials, packaging, film, condiments, trailers, and finished goods
Enter data and maintain files in PRMS
Follow documentation procedures in line with SOX and company policies
Collaborate with production, warehouse, scheduling, and purchasing teams
Review and research inventory variances; follow up with corrective actions as needed
Report weekly Peco inventory and explain variances
Keep inventory files organized and accessible
Communicate proactively with production, scheduling, purchasing, transportation, customer service, and logistics
Perform other assigned duties, including housekeeping
Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and Desired Skills for Inventory Specialist | General Laborer Position:
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred: Forklift certification, AS400 computer experience, and at least 1 year in food processing/packaging or warehouse/manufacturing
Good communication skills
Proficient with MS Word and Excel
Self-starter, highly motivated, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Team player with strong interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a cold (34°F), wet, and noisy environment with prolonged standing, stair climbing, and frequent bending
Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and perform physical tasks (stooping, squatting, kneeling, twisting, reaching)
Ability to stand for duration of shift
