Job Description

Luttrell Staffing Group is currently Molding Technician | Manufacturing positions in Dickson, TN. 
   
Details for Molding Technician | Manufacturing position: 
  • $17 / Hour 
  • Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire 
  • Occasional Overtime & Weekend Shifts 
  • Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service 
  • Weekly Pay 
  • Health Coverage Options and 401k Upon Direct-Hire  
 
Job duties for Molding Technician | Manufacturing positions: 
  • Produce high-quality castings at the carousel
  • Inspect castings for defects and report issues to the team leader
  • Load sand cores onto the conveyor or into molds
  • Blow out excess sand and aluminum from molds
  • Make minor adjustments to equipment as needed
  • Maintain clean and safe work environment
  • Follow all policies and safety procedures in place 
  • Completes any other related tasks as needed 
  
Qualifications and desired skills for Molding Technician | Manufacturing positions: 
  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Ability to stand for duration of shift 
  • Ability to work in a fast-past
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs 
  • Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled facility (cold and hot conditions depending on the season) 
  • Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
