Job Description

Do you have production or previous warehouse experience? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Material Handler positions in Franklin, KY.
   
Details for Material Handler position:
  • Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire 
  • Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service 
  • Fast Start Date 
  • Weekly Pay 
 
Job duties for Material Handler:
  • Operate a pallet jack
  • Perform the essential functions of the Connector Molding Material Handler position
  • Supply raw resin materials in the connector molding area
  • Move finished goods to correct locations
  • Bring skids of empty blue baskets, b-cartons, empty gaylords, bag liners, etc. 
  • Supply empty baskets, B-cartons, sample bags, bag liners, etc. to molding machines
  • Maintain scrap area by changing out full scrap gaylords with empty gaylords
  • Move full gaylords of scrap from aisle; move, weigh and take to scrap trailer
  • Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows and others in safety regulations
  • Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned
 
Qualifications for Material Handler:
  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Must wear required PPE (ex. bump caps, safety toe shoes, safety glasses) and other items that situations, locations or tasks may dictate (ex. Masks, ear plugs, harness, gloves, aprons, etc.)
  • Pass color blindness test and vision screening
  • Ability to stand for duration of shift 
  • Lifting and moving of materials that are up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
