Details for Food Production Position:
•    $15.35-16.35 / Hour (Based on Shift)
•    1st Shift: 7am - Finish
•    2nd Shift: 3pm - Finish
•    Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire (90-day introductory)

Job Duties for Food Production Position:
•    Set and adjust temperature, pressure, time, and flow controls for conveyors, machines, and pumps
•    Monitor gauges, dials, and instruments to maintain proper production conditions
•    Collect and test product samples for quality, color, content, consistency, viscosity, acidity, and specific gravity
•    Inspect raw and cooked poultry products for overlaps, bones, or foreign materials; remove defects when found
•    Visually inspect products on moving conveyor belts and spread out overlapping items
•    Wear required PPE including gloves, earplugs, safety eyewear, and smock
•    Follow safety procedures, including proper lifting and keeping hands away from moving parts
•    Keep work area clean, organized, and sanitized; report unsafe conditions or equipment to a supervisor
•    Sanitize hands before gloving and after reporting to work area
•    Receive and follow work instructions from line leader or supervisor
•    Gather required supplies from supply room at start of shift
•    Document processing steps, temperature, cooking time, batch data, and testing results
•    Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
•    Completes any other related tasks as needed

Qualifications and Desired Skills for Food Production Position:
•    High school diploma or equivalent
•    Previous food production and/or warehouse experience preferred
•    Work in cold, damp conditions (40–50°F) with wet, slippery surfaces
•    Use knives and sharp machinery with risk of cuts or serious injury
•    Follow basic instructions from lead or supervisor
•    Maintain safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
•    Ability to stand for duration of shift
•    Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
