Job Description

Luttrell Staffing Group is hiring Part-Time Facility Maintenance positions in Johnson City, TN.

· Part-Time | 20-30 hours weekly

Job Duties:
  • Perform routine duties including carpentry, dry-wall, elementary electrical, plumbing, painting, groundwork, emergency janitorial clean up, HVAC filter change, floor repairs and moving of equipment and furniture
  • Promptly report problems and difficulties to the maintenance supervisor
  • Take initiative to make routine repairs as needed
  • Use of measuring tools and hand tools
  • On call some weekends (additional pay)
Job Requirements:
  • Valid Driver’s License and insurance 
  • Minimum of 1 year of related work experience
  • Ability to stand for duration of shift
  • Ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, twist and reach
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Good hand dexterity
