Job Description
Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring General Labor positions in Streamwood, IL.
Details for General Labor position:
- $15.50 / Hour
- Monday-Saturday
- 2nd shift 3:30 pm - 2 am
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
- Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service

Job duties for General Labor:
- Trimming, erecting corrugated boxes, general housekeeping (Utility), material handling functions, performing rework, condiment inserter and product spreading in a food manufacturing environment
- Packing bags in corrugated boxes and palletizing while meeting and exceeding all safety, quality, and efficiency standards
- Perform visual inspection of all raw products while performing the trimming process, product spreading, and rework functions
- Communicate quality issues of raw product to the appropriate personnel
- Ensure prompt and timeliness of changeovers when performing condiment inserter functions
- Maintain a clean and organized working environment
- Ability to meet daily production standards
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications for General Labor:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to understand and execute actions based on of verbal and visual instructions
- Able to work in a noisy, wet and cold environment of approximately 36 degrees Fahrenheit
- Must be able to work 6 consecutive days, overtime and weekends if necessary
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
