Job Description
Do you have experience in construction? Sierra Employment is currently hiring Concrete Laborer | Construction positions in Mammoth Lakes, CA.

- $25-35 / Hour (BOE)

Job Duties for Concrete Laborer | Construction:
- Prepare and clean work site, including digging trenches and setting up forms
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete using appropriate tools and equipment
- Smooth, finish, and cure concrete surfaces, applying coatings as needed
- Assist with placing rebar, wire mesh, and reinforcement materials
- Operate and maintain concrete mixers, vibrators, and related equipment
- Clean tools and equipment and maintain a tidy work site
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure quality results
- Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and Desired Skills for Concrete Laborer | Construction:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in construction / concrete work
- Knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring techniques, and related equipment
- Familiarity with concrete tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical plans and specifications
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to lift up to 30-50 lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
