General Laborer will perform a variety of tasks as deemed necessary by the Fabrication and/or Assembly Supervisor. These duties include, but not limited to, Acid Wash, Blast Booth and Carpentry.

General Laborer will perform a variety of tasks as deemed necessary by the Fabrication and/or Assembly Supervisor. These duties include, but not limited to, Acid Wash, Blast Booth and Carpentry.
**Perks & Benefits:
- $16-20 / Hour (Based on Experience)
- Full-Time
- Fast start-date
- Acid Wash, Blast Booth, Carpentry
- Perform acid washing with the use of phosphoric acid and neutralizer
- Wear proper PPE as required
- Follow waste water treatment procedures
- Properly transact work orders to capture labor and costs
- Maintains a clean and safe work environment for self and coworkers
- Perform media blasting with the use of aluminum oxide
- Must fill out the Blast Booth Daily Maintenance Log
- Cleaning of the sand blast booth and around the Booth
- Must check the Sand Waste Barrel and report to Lead or supervisor that it needs to be emptied
- Must notify maintenance of needed repairs of hoses or equipment timely
- Maintenance of the filters and cleaning of the Grates in the booth
- Assist with maintaining the necessary sand count and notify the Lead or Supervisor if low
- Preparation of the parts prior to blasting. This includes taping and/or covering openings
- Blowing off parts prior to leaving the Booth, free of sand
- Clocking in and out of work orders and keeping the work orders with the right parts
- Must read and understand the Standard Operation Procedure prior to operating booth
- Line custom magazines and boxes per print
- Use of measuring devices such as tape measures
- Building and documenting Domestic and International crates for shipping
- Work with all pneumatic, electrical and hand tools
- Aptitude to operate: table saw, circular saw, pneumatic nail gun, pneumatic staple gun, pneumatic pop rivet gun
- Apply caulk and silicone to ensure quality finish
- Properly transact work orders to capture labor and costs
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Must pass the respirator test
- Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Must be able to lift and transfer 80 pound bags of sand
- Must be physically able to bend, stoop, squat, crawl and climb
- Must be able to work at heights
- Must be respirator certified to perform blast booth operations
- PPE REQUIREMENTS: Safety Glasses, Steel Toe boots, Hearing protection, Full body suit, Fall protection, Supplied air hood, Leather Gauntlet Gloves
