Job Details:
- Full-Time
- 8am-5pm
- 15/hr
- Temp-to-Hire
Your role as a General Maintenance | Facilities Maintenance:
- Perform routine duties as assigned including carpentry, dry-wall, elementary electrical, plumbing, painting, ground work, emergency janitorial clean-up, HVAC filter changes, floor repairs, moving of equipment and furniture.
- Maintain in good order facilities that are assigned to the position.
- Serve on-call during evenings and weekends as assigned.
- Complete assignments and related paperwork in a timely manner.
- Abide by Purchasing Department requirements when purchasing materials.
Job requirements of a General Maintenance | Facilities Maintenance:
- Knowledgeable of maintenance procedures.
- Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
- Verbal/written communication skills.
- Must have at least 6 months to 1 year of experience.
- Ability to stand/walk for duration of shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to squat, stoop, bend, kneel, twist, reach and climb.
- Hand dexterity.
- Mechanically inclined.

Heather Hopson

Heather began her Luttrell Staffing career in September 2009 working one of our West Virginia accounts part-time. In July of the next year she moved to our Johnson City office as an Admin Assistant and then, soon after, a Staffing Manager. After several years of strong service, Heather was promoted to the role of Branch Manager in early 2016. She has a BS degree in Psychology and Sociology from ETSU. In February 2018 Heather obtained her PHR in Human Resources.
